You may return undamaged, non-sale/clearance merchandise for a refund, exchange or store credit. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All returned items must be in their original packaging,, with tags and in the condition in which they were delivered. Customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be credited the amount of the purchase less shipping and handling charges. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges may be deducted from your refund or store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
